Our Policies

At Guns and Leather:

  • We stand behind every gun that we sell whether it be new or used.
  • We give every customer that buys a gun from us a free, one time pass to our range! (Excluding transfer guns)

Layaway:

  • All of our layaways are half (50%) down and pick it up within 90 days.
  • Guns still on layaway after 90 days are subject to a restocking fee at the managers discretion.
  • Canceled layaways within the 90 day period is a fee of $50.

Firearms:

  • Firearms in perfect working condition can not be returned.
  • All new firearms once sold and gone out the door are, at that point, used.  We'll be more than happy to take it in on trade towards another gun, but we can't be expected to give you what you paid for it originally.
  • If the firearm you bought from us (new or used) has a problem and does not work, we can work something out for you.
  • Once we take a look at the malfunctioning firearm to check and make sure the malfunction wasn't just user error or ammunition at fault, we'll talk about the possible solutions.  Whether it be: repairing the gun, sending it off for the manufacturer to fix, or giving store credit  toward something else.

Gift Certificates:

  • We do offer Gift Certificates. 
  • They can only be used at the store the certificate was purchased at.
  • We can also do Gift Certificates over the phone and mail them.
